The problem with downloading the 4DTV IPG INFO appears to have been corrected by ACC.

2. If screen has picture (if subscribed to Starz) or clear message of "not subscribed” or requires subscription go to #4.

If no to #2, you must be fine tuned before Guide can be downloaded. Check G1-11 and also G1-12 (should be EWTN and Shop NBC). If no picture on either of those channels, dish is way off & not on G1. Options 644 - auto peak dish/auto peak skew - might work. Goal is to bring in G1. If this doesn't work, you must try to locate G1 (by using Dish position [move east and west])

To access TDT: Press Options, 6, 0, 5 and go to Diagnostic G. (move from A to G by pressing left arrow key twice). 4th or 5th column. 4 digit number. Should be approximately 1700-1800. If at 1920 master reset is required.

4. If TDT count less than 1920, send rehit on G1 167 (Options 6, 5) see if trip counter moves. If trip counter moves, exit out of trip counter screen, press Guide button and wait about 2-3 minutes for guide to begin to download. (You will know guide is downloading because movie names will begin to appear). Then press the info button and stay on that channel until the channel number (167) shows up on the front of their receiver

If the guide/info does still not download, AND YOU HAVE A 922, they will need to do a soft reset and get a rehit or use our web-site's on-line rehit. Do not perform a soft reset on a 920 could cause memory loss or unit ID failure. 920 owners should call Motorola.

(soft reset: unplug receiver from power source for 30 seconds, plug back in and wait for warm up)

1. Move to G1-167.

2. Press Option 5 and make sure Quality is at least 20 for a 920 receiver or at least 40 for a 922 receiver.

3. Press Option 6,0,5 and use left arrow to go to Diagnostic G and read the TDT count and make sure it is not 1920. (If it is, you need to do a master reset)

4. If you have a 922, do a soft reset. After it warms up, rehit it.

5. Push the Guide button. Wait until the movie titles start showing

6. Use right arrow to move to a time that says "NO INFO" and wait til it fills up with data (movie Titles).

7. Push INFO and wait til the channel number reappears on the front of your 4DTV and it will be fully downloaded.
